Mina V. Esguerra, AKA #romanceclass’ fairy godmother and mentor, is releasing a new book this April! Find out what it’s about, and check out the pretty cover below!
Book Aesthetics | Scandalized
It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything like this, and really, following my personal publishing schedule, I should have done this for Waiting in the Wings. But these babies have been sitting in my graphics folder for a while now, and there’s no better time to post them here than now, since I’m releasing a new book (an anthology, to be more precise) in this universe very soon.
If East Genesis Project (Yihwan, Steven, and Minchan), Fi, and Gabriel had Instagram, this is probably what their feed would look like. Let me know if you think they’re #feedgoals, haha! ^_^
Important Note: The personalities included in these photos are image pegs and are not, in any way, connected to me or the aforementioned book.
Is it summer yet?
I posted the above teaser back in January, while I was planning this special project with fellow authors Six de los Reyes and Jay E. Tria. Fast forward to a little less than two months later, and I am proud to say we have a complete manuscript in our hands. <3 I won’t go into detail yet about the crazy process we went through to be be able to release this collaboration because we’re not done yet (haha), but while you’re waiting (Are you waiting? We hope you are!), here are some teasers you may have missed.
Review | Mula sa Buwan (Or Why It Deserves Another Rerun)
Soon after Blackbox Productions’ Mula sa Buwan returned for a two-weekend run last February 18, I saw social media posts comparing the musical to the recently-released Jollibee “Vow” ad. But while the trope was definitely similar, the Cyrano de Bergerac retelling was SO much more than that. (In millenial-speak, it was simply SO EXTRA.)
This December 2016 review of Mula sa Buwan will tell you just how much I loved the show when I first saw it, and just when I thought I couldn’t possibly fall in love with it a little more, they went ahead and proved me wrong. I love it when that happens.
The Wait is Finally Over! <3

Waiting in the Wings is now officially out, and thanks to everyone who has helped spread the word about my latest book, we’re off to a great start! That means lovely reviews, amusing fangirly tweets, and lots and lots of love for our main characters, Erin, Ramon, and Pio! <3
